Success: Not a straight line!
This is true for ANY part of your life, but ESPECIALLY for weight loss and/or fitness.
Expect the setbacks & squiggles. You’ll handle them better if you understand that that’s just the nature of the beast (and that you’re not a failure for having them … unless you let them stop ya). 
Plus, straight lines are just f*cking boring & predictable, no? You’ll enjoy the fun & frustrations of the squiggle more once you’re on the other side. Trust me. My whole life is a series of squiggles. :)
